L W Chase Associates engages in staff, program and fund development for not-for-profits and congregations. Dr. Chase and his colleagues have experience in organization design and program development. They can train staff, board and volunteers.

Dr. Lerold W. Chase, as principal, has been a pastor in the Presbyterian Church for thirty years. During that time he has had a career as an educator, a counselor, as a community organizer, as senior pastor of a moderately large congregation, as administrator of a community service corporation and as a consultant in stewardship and organizational development. At different times he has held certification in family therapy, pastoral counseling, fund raising, grantsmanship and planned giving. He has belonged to local, regional and national organizations for community organizing, elder care, hospice and other related areas. He is able to offer independent, objective service as you develop and support your mission. Dr. Chase does not accept any commissions from vendors or suppliers with whom you may be doing business or to whom he might refer you in the future. Dr. Chase holds a Bachelor's degree from Grove City College in history and political science, a Master's of Divinity degree and a Doctor of Ministry degree, both from Princeton Theological Seminary. He has served in parish ministries for thirty years and has conducted numerous workshops developing an easy style for working with people.

LW Chase Associates can provide telephone assistance, a workshop experience, topical or spiritual retreats or on-going consultation in management and fund development for faith based communities and not-for-profit organizations.

L W Chase Associates contracts with other professionals in specific fields to provide a broader response to the concerns of the clients. These individuals are available on a project basis and are introduced when the need arises.
